Re: ID # [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] This letter is in response to the complaint submitted on 3/27/On 12/26/Mr [redacted] purchased a Franklin pcSectional and Montage Coverage we delivered on 1/28/sales order # [redacted] After having researched his service issues with the one sofa, I contacted the manufacturer about possible replacement of that pieceEven though he is out of Franklin’s factory warranty they agreed to a one time replacement of the defective pieceDue to the age of the rest of the sectional and we are not aware of any issues with those pieces we can not replace the entire sectionalThe new piece will come with a factory warranty of one year parts and labor and a “Limited “ lifetime warranty on the reclining mechanism, seat and back springs, and five year “Limited” warranty on the frameWe have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and she is agreeable to the resolution, so we consider this issue closed.Respectfully,GOLDSTEINS FURNITURE & BEDDINGRon H [redacted] Director Customer Service

Dear Ms***:This letter is in response to the complaint filed on 1-25-by [redacted] .On 3-10- [redacted] purchased a rocker recliner at our outlet store closing saleThis sale was a final sale with no free serviceShe picked up the recliner on 3-13-Merchandise that is picked up also has no free serviceShe signed her sales order,where it clearly states no free service, agreeing to these terms.We contacted the customer today, -30-2018, and set up an appointment for 1-31-for our service technician to go to her home at no charge and inspect the recliner to see what it needsAfter review, Goldsteins is allowing the customer to reselect to another recliner as a onetime courtesyCustomer has been notified and will come into our store and do the reselection of the recliner.We feel this takes care of the customer and consider this issue closed.Respectfully,Goldsteins Furniture and BeddingCindy FCustomer Service Manager
