While we are upset to receive this complaint, we do not agree and find it 100% inaccurateThe *** were valued
clients of ours since that we felt we had a great working relationship withTo repeat, they have been clients of our leasing and property management since 2010...that is yearsFurthermore, we are absolutely blindsided by this event
As with all leases, there will always be a certain degree of wear and tear over time and that should always be expectedThis happens when the home is owner occupied as wellThe *** have had different tenants during our relationship and I'm positive they understand thisThere will always be turnover costs no matter the occupantThe difference between this situation is that the *** our now selling the property and that requires a bit more preparation to make the property marketableAfter different tenants, the accumulation of repairs and upgrades in the best of scenarios will not be lightAnyone can agreeWe would have loved to make updates and changes as each tenant moved out, however, the *** wanted to be as cost effective as possible
Ultimately, the *** are now using the past years to try to pay for items needed to sell the property....which is regretfulThis is at the cost of our relationship and I'm sad about that*** and the Upper End staff always got along very well
As of today, I see the home was listed for sale and is currently UNDER CONTRACTI'm happy for the ***, but I'm unhappy about this situation
Regretfully, we will be taking this complaint outside of the Revdex.com and referring it to our attorney at this pointWe find this complaint to be slanderous and unfounded
