[redacted] had a couple of concerns and I have had a couple of meetings with him First, he only owes $ I also offered him free financing We do insurance work and he had storm damage He has [redacted] as his insurance company [redacted] does not consider depreciation but they call it "less settlement factor" [redacted] stated that they had changed their terminology [redacted] has nonrecoverable depreciation with his insurance I had dealt with [redacted] and relayed this to [redacted] the conversation I had with *** The second issue is the wrong color I called [redacted] to let them know it was the wrong color [redacted] offered [redacted] a $discount if he would accept the other color or he was offered for [redacted] to pick up the wrong color and it would be replaced with the right one He accepted the $discount That issue was between [redacted] and ***, not Upright.Finally, the work has been completed I believe that we have addressed the complaint issues and have resolved what was pending that Upright can address We have tried to provide excellent service in this matter and hope this settles it

I am rejecting this response because:His original interpretation of insurance payoff was incorrect I know I only owe $the problem is when I secured the funds from my 401K I didn't include the extra cost that upright said I would get from ***For a total insurance claim business you would think they would communicate betterAfter upright did not tell me this until well after job was completed
