I did not have a good experience with this business. When I got my invitations there was a space after the A and it was very obvious so I asked if she could fix it and they said "no it's the font" If they know that in advance they should offer a change in font to the consumer Im not happy They should have offered to reprint using different font I will NOT use them again

Never again will I do business with Uprintinvitations.com. I sent in my information and 7 hours later I made a change (I followed all the directions and paid the $5 change fee). My changes weren't able to be made and my invitations are useless! I had to make them myself and print them myself. The seller did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate. Im now out $40 plus what I spent to do them again. Extremely bad customer service. With every reply I got a :( sad face. Very professional!! NEVER AGAIN!

I would discourage people from using this service. I ordered my invitations and paid online for pick up at [redacted]. I received an email indicating when they would be ready. When I arrived at [redacted] a couple hours after the stated time, they had no information about the order. I spent a half an hour there so they could look at every possibility of what could've gone wrong. They even looked at the email I received with the pick up time and the order number. When I contacted the seller, they refused to refund the transaction and directed me back to [redacted].

I would discourage anyone from using this service. I prepaid online for an invitation order for pick up at Walgreens. I received an email with the time when they would be available for pick up. When I went to Walgreens, they had no information about the order. When I contacted the seller, they refused to provide a refund and directed me back to Walgreens.

Review: I ordered invitations online and was charged for them and never received them. I tried to contact them multiple times and they did not respond.Desired Settlement: Chraged fo something I never received.

I ordered invitations on May 23, 2013 with expedited five day shipping. On June 2nd I contacted uprintinvitations.com (seller) regarding the order that I had not received. My order required the invitations to be printed on card-stock paper. The seller responded that I could have my items sent to a printer like Walgreens on photo stock paper, (not what I ordered) or wait an additional five days (although they quoted me June 11th which is 6 business days). I asked for the shipping fee to be refunded, since I paid to receive them in five days not 12 business days later. They refused to give any remedy for being late even though they were at fault.

Review: I had ordered minnie mouse birthday invitations online for my daughter with uprintinvitations.com for $25 on 6/29/12 and at the checkout online you are given the option to print your own invites or pick them up at walgreens, target, etc. So I chose to pick them up at walgreens the next day and when I went to pick them up on 6/30/12 the walgreens tech said there was a problem because only 1 invite printed and 19 blank invites printed that just said copyright data on them. I was supposed to get 20 birthday invites for my $25. I tried to contact uprintinvitations.com while at walgreens but they do not have a contact number on their website just an email address. I emailed them a few times that day with no response. I finally got a response on 7/1/12...here's the email they sent me... RE: ORDER NUMBER [redacted] I double checked the order.....Appears that 20 invitations were placed and only 1 release. No problem. I sent the order through again. and double check with them and it printed correctly this time.I had already emailed them prior to this since they had not contacted me back stating I would like a full refund of my money $25 for I had already ordered new invites elsewhere from a more reputable company. I have not heard back from them as of today (7/5/12). I had asked them to refund my money and even mentioned I would contact Revdex.com and still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my $25 refunded back to me since my invites were not completed as promised as ordered. I would also like other people to know about this company for I would not like anyone else to have to go through this. Thank you for your time on this inquiry.

Review: uprintinvitations.com failed to deliver the invitations I ordered from their website and has been unresponsive to my request for a refund. I paid an additional fee for expedited delivery.Desired Settlement: I have yet to receive my purchase. I would like a full refund of my money.
