Not only did I miss a days pay to stay home to wait for my delivery I’m told it’s going to be 7 days late because Las Vegas nv don’t have enough drivers. If this is the case communicate with your customers, they can’t even do that! I wAs going to pay the $175 for lift gate, guess what? You just lost that. You don’t even have the common curdusity to call, you have a damn phone number are you to damn stupid on how to use a phone?

I spent $350.00 to have a $2495.00 Mahogany Door Deliver to my house, arrived at 5:43pm on 5/24. Door was damaged. Called clames and no response.I called the clames department at 6:00pm on 5/24. I was told to file a clames form and fax it in, that was done on 5/24 at 8:06pm. I was told that I would be contacted on 5/28 to set up and appointment to inspect the door. I was never contacted, so on 5/29 I called the clames department and was told that they were behind and that I would be contacted on 5/30. On 5/30 at 6:00pm I called again and was told that I had never filed a clam. Desired SettlementI would like my door repaired or replaced.
