UPS Plumbing

I hired UPS Plumbing to hook up four sinks after granite install for $200. They showed up late but I still went ahead with service. They hooked up sinks and scarred up every drain pull on brand new [redacted] faucets that they installed and left. I had to call them back out when later that day both master bath sinks started leaking and I noticed the scarring on the drain pulls. They came back finally fixed the master bathroom sinks and promised to get replacement drain pulls. While he was here he recommended replacing the PRV $300 which we agreed to and he replaced later that day. The other two sinks are almost never used and when we did use them they also leaked and we had to call him to fix those. I have been calling and texting for over two weeks and they keep promising to come and then not showing up. Their guarantee meant absolutely nothing. They also demanded cash payment causing a trip to the bank twice. I now have two leaking sinks that I cannot use and 4 faucets that are brand new with scarred drain pulls and he won't call or text to fix the issues i'm having.Product_Or_Service: Plumbing workDesired SettlementI would like the leaking sinks fixed and the drain pulls replaced.
