They shipped packages through the USPS instead of UPS, after we told them they could not be delivered properly by the post office to the address we were shipping. Packages got lost, had to contact post office to locate packages and get info corrected, even though it was delivered a week later than promised. Owner was very rude, would not listen, and offered no help. Would not recommend this company.
