Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] All of this is a lie my husband never took a picture of the label run back The cameras and my complaint was mainly the way we weee treated by your unprofessional staff who you claim been there before anyone else so I guess this is ok for her to yell and get ghetto and hang up in the customer fast due to tenure with he companyYou guys are a real piece of work and there was no need for me to call back when you already place the blame on my husband and I from the beginning until the end of the messageBasically screw us your manager was justified for how she respond to customersGreat job not doing anything honestly you all deserve a F rating for you customer service

*** ***'s husband did bring an *** laptop computer to The *** Store #*** in April and paid for the staff to pack and ship it using a prepaid *** label The manager of the store packed it the same day, and it was picked up by the *** carrier on the following day (the carrier had
already picked up before the computer was left at the store on the previous day) Her husband was asked to take a photo of the shipping label so that he would have the *** tracking number for the package, and he did so (The *** Store does no keep tracking numbers of *** items that are dropped off at the store, so the staff asks customers to take photos of these labels to have a copy of the tracking numbers.) ***'s label was one that she gave to our staff to place on her box, which they did before giving it to the postal carrier.*** called the store a few days later to say that she could not track the packageWe reminded her that her husband took a photo of the label when he dropped it off and that the package was with the *** and not in our store The owner even called back later to speak with her, but her husband answered for her The owner reassured her husband that the package was picked up and explained how to track the package with the *** using the tracking number from the photo of the labelThe husband was courteous and said her understood the process and did not accuse the store personnel of taking the computer He thanked the owner for calling and that was the last the store owner, or other personnel at the store have heard from the *** until they filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The store owner has since reached out via a phone call to *** to offer to help track the package if they need assistance, but the customer did not answer and a message was left with contact information for the owner. If the customer has lost the tracking number, they can contact the person/company who generated the label and they should be able to give *** the tracking number for that label Once she receives this information she can track the package at ***If it has incomplete tracking information and was not delivered, she can contact the *** and give them this tracking information and have them initiate a search for her missing package. We hope this information is helpful to *** If she has any more questions, she may contact the store and the staff will be happy to help her or her husbandThank you
