I ordered shoes August 8, The company took the money straight out of my accountMultiple times I have emailed them with no response, no shoes & no refund! They are choosing to ignore their obligations and just take my money
I ordered pair of Alabama shoes on August 3, I contacted them because I thought it charged for the order times They replied back per email and said no I was only charged for pair of shoes time I got online and tracked the shoes once or twice through their system Well now it is September 24, and no shoes They will not answer emails and the tracker is not working Buyer beware! Their site is *** I also found this site that told me they were in Scottsdale, AZ ***
Ordered sneakers on 8/14/2017, supposed to ship in 2-weeks In late September and then in October, sent emails requesting status My credit card was charged $on 8/14/ Their website states "they will respond to all emails within hours, even on weekends!" Never received one email from this company with shipping status Disputed the charge with my credit card company on 10/12/ Checked reviews on line about this company and all remarks were negative Basically it looks like a scam! Others got not response through emails, phone number is no good, their credit cards were charged but never received any shipments from Diva Direct Store
On August 29, 2017, I ordered a pair of Oklahoma Sooners tennis shoes from their websiteI received an email with an order number (#***) the next day and they charged my credit card right awayHowever the shoes were never shippedI have emailed them and sent messages on their website (at least times), and I have never gotten a response
Today when I went to their website , it is closed down
So they took my money ($19.99) never sent the product, never responded to my emails and have apparently closed their website
I had ordered a pair of Michigan tennis shoesWaited no productI ordered these on Augand have tried to contact them by email and their site and heard nothing backNow their site says they will be back soonTried calling the number and it is no longer workingJust asking for my money back
