I do not except owners response because he is being totallydishonest , changing his story and giving information Please contact meso I can give you Postal Supervisors that investigated my complaints contactinfo that witnessed what this owner told him as well that he is now denying I have already gone over the events that tookplace in my original complaint to the Revdex.com, SOS, USPS Postmaster and UPSCorporate officeThe owner is now backtracking and trying to change his storysince he was told by Corporate office that he was not allowed to withhold mymail for any reason and has to give day notice Now he is trying to backtrack and act asthough he complied with that all along instead of what actually happenedWhichhe threatened that If I do not remove a negative *** review that was posted bysomeone in my household, he will not give me any mail that comes in and wasgoing to cancel my service as of Feb 1, and return to sender all mail thatcame in after Feb 1, and any mail that came in before than he will NOTgive to me unless the review is removedI had to ask him several times inwhich he repeated him self because Icould not believe what he was threatening me withThis new story of his thatmy mail has been and will be available to me for days is not what he toldme And if that was the case, I wouldnot have contacted the Revdex.com, SOS, USPS Postmaster and UPS Corporate office orcontinue this with the Revdex.com Both UPSCorp office receptionist that I did complaint with told me he could not do this especially sinceI am paid in full and would have the matter looked into. Postal Supervisor also advised that he didnot believe mail can be "withheld" and confirmed that with the onduty Post Master but since it is delivered to 3rd party, unfortunately he couldnot do anything but urged me to contact Revdex.com, UPS Corp office after he evencalled ***/*** on 1/21/(prior to *** learning that he cannot withhold mailfrom someone that is paid in full ) Where *** tells him that unless I change/editmy review, he will not release my mail to me and he is cancelling my box as of1/21/(Please contact me so I can give you Postal Supervisor thatinvestigated this info so you can contact him directly as he is a witness tothis) The only options this guy gave me on 1/21/was:If you DO NOT remove your *** review ,I will NOT give you your mail that comes in betweennow (Jan 21, and Feb 1, 2015, I will withold it and any mail that comes in after Febuary 1, will be returned tosender I will refund you only for Februarysince you have only month leftOrIf you remove the *** review, I will give you the mailthat comes in prior to Feb 1, but regardless any mail that comes in afterthat date will be returned to sender because we are terminating you as a clientand closing your box.THese are the only two choices he gave me on Jan 21, 2015SoFactsare:I had a UPS box for about years with no issuesI moved to the other side of Elk Grove years ago, I wastold they had another location closer to my home and if I choose to keep myservice with them, they could transfer any mail that comes into my old box overto my new location so that I did not miss any mail when I did the change ofaddressThey had a promotion months for $plus months free for a totalof Months I paid $on 3/12/andmy receipt shows paid though 5/4/I never would have agreed to $for $monthsI agreed to $for 15months since there are other locations that are closer to my home and easier toaccess. I never signed any type ofcontract with this Store location3. In the months(from 3/12/to 1/17/2015) that I had my service with this location ran by***/***, I had never gone to get mymail so I don't think there is a lower maintenance customer1/17/was expecting an impor***t mail so fiancécalled ahead at 11;am spoke with ***, asked her if the mail came for boxyet, was told comes in 12/1PM Called back at 1:12PM asked her if the mailcame for box For Tailored Homes, shesaid yes it had arrived and will get to sorting it shortly, give her 30minutes. Went there at 2:PM (a hour later) I waited in the car with mykids while my fiancé went in with my key to check the boxThere was piecesof mailNo junk mail (which was very strange for having a box for monthsand only have pieces of mail) He askedher if the pieces of mail included the days mailShe said no, I have notsorted it yetIt will be a while(at the time there was customer that camein to drop off and leave.) he asked her since he called ahead twice and waiteda hour before coming after confirmation that mail had arrived it she would lookand see if there was anything for box in the binShe said no she will notcheck and he would need to wait until she sorts all the mail for every box. He came outside, he waited in the car withthe kids while I went inside I asked if she could check for the mail explained wecalled ahead twice and gave her over a hour when she asked for minutes She toldme no, she will not do itShe said she has hundred customers so I said, Iam the only customer here She said noyou have to wait(if you read *** reviews for this store, you will see theyonly have 1/stars out of and several complaints about how rude the ownerand workers are. On *** account that was used twicealmost a year ago that I had forgotten I even hadThe two reivews I had leftwere not about this store, one was a good review on a mechanic and one was abad review on a Smog shop *** saw the *** review, read the other two reviewswhere a mention type of care I drive or use to drive and assumed I wrote the review so he called me at 8:Amon 1/21/( I have phone records to show this) He told me he knows it wasme, don't I drive a Lincoln navigator? and his corp office tracked me downthough my IP address (which when I told them this, they laughed and said theydo not read *** reivews) I explained to *** that it was not my review butmaybe my fiance ( I call him my husband) may have but I wasent sureThis iswhen *** threatened me that he would withold my mail, cancle my box and returnto sender any mail that comes in after Febuary The only two options he gave me are the onesI lised aboveHe never said he was giving me days to get my mailHe knowshe is lying and trying to back step and recreate the truth of what happened.This is absurd, he needs to be investigatedThe truth will come out, it alwaysdoesI would not take the time out of my day and running my company for 12plus years as a local business owner, if he just simply canceled my box andgave me a day notice. Ms. [redacted] contracted with The UPS Store #3618 on 02/04/2014 for a 12 month period and paid $360 for a mailbox rental and was assigned mailbox #308. We also included at no charge 3 free months rental since she was transferring her mailbox from one of our other locations. On 01/17/2015 someone...

called inquiring about when mail would be delivered and was informed normally around 12-1PM. Ms. [redacted] fiancé arrived at our location at 1411 hours and asked our associate if mail was completed yet in which she informed him it was not. He requested she go through the mail bins that had just recently been delivered to our store from USPS to locate his mail in which our associate informed him she could not do due to the store policy. Our store has a total of 416 mailboxes and we distribute mail accordingly to all mailbox holders at the same time. It would be extremely time consuming to say the very least for our associates to flip through every letter in the USPS bins trying to locate a single letter for one mail box holder and then sort through it again for the rest of the mailbox holders. At 1420 hours Ms. [redacted] entered the store from the parking lot and requested that our associate flip through the remainder of USPS bins and locate her letter in which she was also informed that our associate could not do and that she had to wait for the all the mail to be sorted. During this exchange I have been told that both Ms. [redacted] and her fiancé were extremely rude to my employee by knocking on the mailboxes and repeatedly asking her if mail was done yet. This is all occurring while she was in the back trying to complete the mail and also taking care of her other duties for that day such as assisting other customers. On 01/20/2015 Ms. [redacted] came back to our store to check her mail and explained to me how unhappy she was with the service she received on 01/17/2015. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that the associate was accurate regarding the store policy regarding mail, but I was sorry if she felt that the associate was anything less than friendly to her. She asked if the mail for that day was sorted as of yet and I explained to her that it was not and that the Post Office lady was actually still parked outside with today’s mail. She stated to me that she was under the impression mail came in around 12-1PM daily and was not happy that it had arrived so late. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that mail usually does arrive between 12-1PM but due to the Martin Luther King holiday the Post Office gets backed up so the post office arrived later than normal today. I told her I would be sorting the mail as soon as the post office lady brings it in so she is welcomed to stay and wait and she does. After 30-45 minutes of sorting through the mail I offered Ms. [redacted] to go through the last USPS mail bin with me to locate her letter, but her letter was not in there. At that point I asked her to write down the name of the person sending her the letter and informed her that I will call her as soon as it arrives so she wouldn’t have to go out of her way to come back if it’s not here. She agreed and my impression of the overall interaction up to that point was at the very least she left satisfied with the effort I put out to assist her in this matter and all was okay. However, that same day we received the following [redacted] review: “B P. Elk Grove, CA 0 friends 3 reviews 1/20/2015 Owner is a total pk! Rude and very much Asian in every way! Their workers are FAT, rude and super lazy. I'm closing my mailbox right away for the way I've been treated. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE!!!!!! I was contacted by another associate regarding this [redacted] review and was not sure if Ms. [redacted] had left the review or not due to the way she left on positive note that day but after reading her other reviews and verifying some details with my other associates we determined it was more than likely her. On 01/21/2015 I contacted Ms. [redacted] at 0949 and explained to her my confusion regarding the [redacted] review and at first she stated she did not know anything regarding the review and that she “doesn’t even use [redacted]…” After confirming with her the vehicle she drives due to information in another review she left she stated it could have been her husband but she did not know for sure, but she would contact me back after confirming. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that based on her contract with our store we will be closing out her mailbox effective 30 days for 01/21/2014 if the review was not revised (see Mailbox Service Agreement Line 9) Section (5). I stated that our store does not have issue with her leaving a negative review, but she needed to remove any derogatory references regarding the physical and/or racial makeup of the employees at the store. She stated that her husband could have left the review and she had no control over what he does. I find that extremely hard to believe due to past reviews left under the user name B.P. referencing the user as an “American woman” and I personally have never met her husband for him to leave such a review on the same day I assisted her. I did offer Ms. [redacted] two options regarding her mailbox with our store at that point: 1. She delete all derogatory references concerning the employees of the store such as “FAT” and “Asian” and her mailbox services will continue as normal. Again, I did not tell her to delete the negative review, but just to remove any reference regarding the physical characteristic of the employees since such description is irrelevant. 2. If she does nothing and we would cancel her contract 30 days from 01/21/2015 and any mail that comes after that date would be returned to sender per her contract. At no point did I state to her that we would hold her mail or not allow her access to her mailbox as she has reference. Her mailbox is still current and available to her until 02/21/2015 unless we are notified in writing that she would like to cancel the contract earlier. Ms. [redacted] paid for 12 months of mailbox service starting 02/04/2015 and ending 02/04/2015 and she is not due a refund based on the payment she made on 03/12/2015.

Review: I'VE BOX W/ UPS STORE FOR 9 TO 10 YEARS. I WAS W/ A STORE THAT HAS SAME OWNER BUT MANAGED BY YOUNGER BROTHER. I PREPAID $390 ON 3/12/2014-MAY 4,15 FOR A BOX AT THE NEW LOCATION #3618. I NEVER CHECKED MY MAIL UNTIL 1/17/2015 WHEN I WAS EXPECTING AN IMPORTANT LETTER. WE CALLED AHEAD IN THE MORNING & WAS TOLD MAIL COMES IN 12-1PM.CALLED AT 1PM, [redacted] TOLD US MAIL ARRIVED BUT HAS NOT SORTED IT YET, WILL TAKE HER ABOUT 30 MINUTES.WE WENT THERE APPROX 2:10PM ,IT WAS NOT SORTED YET. I challenge him to show the store video of this day. 5. When I went back to check my mail on 1/20/2015 I got there at 3:05PM thinking the mail comeslike they said between 12/1 PM. WHen Igot there, the mail man had already delivered the mail and truck was parked infront of the store. ( I am sure if you contact USPS they can tell you what timethe mail was delivered this day as the owner is now lying and saying the mailhad not arrived when I got there and was told I could wait for it to arrive. ) Itactually was already there, he had not started sorting it and even pointed out that the truck had just droppedit off and was still sitting outside. I asked if he could check to see if anymail came for me, he told me I had to wait until he sorted it. Which I waited for him to sort it, hefinally got done at 3:29PM and told meno mail has come and can look though the final letters with him to see if it isin there. 6. 1/20/2015 My finace left a [redacted] review of his experience. On [redacted] account that was used twicealmost a year ago that I had forgotten I even had. The two reivews I had leftwere not about this store, one was a good review on a mechanic and one was abad review on a Smog shop . [redacted] saw the [redacted] review, read the other two reviewswhere a mention type of care I drive or use to drive and assumed I wrote the review so he called me at 8:42 Amon 1/21/2015 ( I have phone records to show this) He told me he knows it wasme, don't I drive a Lincoln navigator? and his corp office tracked me downthough my IP address (which when I told them this, they laughed and said theydo not read [redacted] reivews) I explained to [redacted] that it was not my review butmaybe my fiance ( I call him my husband) may have but I wasent sure. This iswhen [redacted] threatened me that he would withold my mail, cancle my box and returnto sender any mail that comes in after Febuary . The only two options he gave me are the onesI lised above. He never said he was giving me 30 days to get my mail. He knowshe is lying and trying to back step and recreate the truth of what happened.This is absurd, he needs to be investigated. The truth will come out, it alwaysdoes. I would not take the time out of my day and running my company for 12plus years as a local business owner, if he just simply canceled my box andgave me a 30 day notice. I would nothave kept my business with him after he threatened me and blackmail me. So I amnot losing sleep over him not wanting my business. I can take it anywhere. Andit is not worth my time for all of this over a few months refund. It is noteven about the money, I could just dispute it with my credit card if that wasthe case. This guy is a bad business owner. He is now lying and changing hisstory. Please look into this further as I have no more time for this. Thank youI am rejecting this response because:
