I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The events described are not accurate, I have provided the sequence of events in the exact order and I was accessible all times, UPS did not tyr to deliver citing Apt no issues, whereas the arrangement to revcieve delivery were made before hand at the building itself.

The packages that Mr. [redacted] sent reached Canada customs on 10/31/2014. Apparently, there was a customs hold on the packages. The packages were released on 11/3/2014. On 11/4/2014 it is notated that the receiver requested a hold on delivery. On 11/5/2014 the packages were...
attempted for delivery, however UPS needed an apartment number. On 11/6/2014 the packages were delivered. When Mr. [redacted] originally called and left a message with his concerns of the delayed delivery, we contacted UPS to see if the shipment would qualify for a service refund. We were told that due to the customs hold and other circumstances, the shipment would not qualify for a refund.We attempted to call Mr. [redacted] with this information on a couple of occasions. However, we received a recorded message that the number could not accept calls at this time. We were not sure if we had the correct number, so we set the paperwork aside awaiting a return call from Mr. [redacted]. We never got a follow up call.We are truly sorry for the delay in the delivery past the expected date, however UPS deemed it to be not to be a refundable shipment.Thank you,The UPS Store
