I am a resident in Toronto, Ontario. UPS Davisville, failed to deliver a package to the correct unit. The driver failed to read the label correctly and delivered the parcel to someone elses apartment. The package contents were over 2600$ and UPS did nothing to own for their mistake.
I was forced to reach home as soon as possible to sort things out where UPS did absolutely nothing. I was forced to pay 60$ roundtrip to transportation to fix their issue.
After I contacted UPS to refund my troubles, UPS credited me with 150$ UPS credits. I asked only for the my trouble for UBER which was 60$, they refused to pay in cash and gave me credits. Later week I wanted to use the credits on another parcel, UPS employee did not help out with the credits. We were told that they have never seen UPS credits given out and did not know anything about it. Neither the help line nor the store employee had no clue about credits. We were forced to pay 75$USD for shipping.
Later with this package we got brokerage and handling fees, I tried to use my credits on this but UPS refused the use of these credits. I was forced to pay 60$ CAD for this.
UPS is simply not reliable at all, last year also I sent simple envelope with express shipping for 100USD. We were told that if it is not delivered in 2-3 business days we will refund your money. It took them 10-12 days to deliver it. We were not refunded. They made us call origin country and canada constantly which ended up with nothing.
I want my money back for my troubles, I do not wish to use their services therefore dont want any credits. I only want a cheque or cash for the trouble we went through.

Refund I would like UPS to send me the credit amount they provided (but not accepted anywhere not even in UPS) to be sent as cash or cheque. I have already wasted over 200 CAD to UPS. I am not interested in any UPS credit or services. I do not believe that UPS delivers good service. I would like UPS to refund all the trouble we went through.

As a UPS store owner, I am truly sorry for this.
I am not UPS, I am the ups store. We are not the same.
For me to begin looking at this claim and find out whats going on and whaat whent wrong, I need to know the tracking number for this shipment first in order to pull up the file and get a understanding of what has happend so I can help the costumer.
Each UPS shipments(packages/parcels) have an unique tracking number that starts with 1Z.
Please provide the tracking number to me so ican look this up, greatly appreciated.
Also, as a UPS Store we are responsible for asking the costumer to fiil out a form called "UPS parcel shipping order". In that form costumer provides his/her information and the receiver's information. (ship to and ship from information). Based on the information the costumer provides to us, we then apply those informaion into the system and and create a label.
Once taht label gets created we couble check with the costumer that the information they provided matches the one on the label, and if everyhing is accurate and correct we then attach that to the parcel and and have it ready for UPS driver to pick it up for delivery.
Once the package/parcel is out of the ups store, its with ups to handle and deliver the packages on time and to the correct address.
Its really beyond my jurisdictions as aq ups store operator after the package leaves the store and its with the driver.
I notices that the costumer mentions that " The driver failed to read the label correctly and delivered the parcel to someone elses apartment".
This is out of UPS STORE'S hand and it was ups who was responsible to handle and deliver the package to the corret address.
However I will be more than happy to help this costumer because this is really not ok at all in fact its terrible.
