UPS Store #4609

Came in on 7/and mailed a packages , set to be delivered on 7/It was never receivedI called [redacted] because he helped meHe stated that he had to redo the transition when I left and got new tracking numbers and left them on some ones voicemail but he might of dialed the wrong number[redacted] and his brother [redacted] have both said they will call me back ,but haven't heard back from anyoneCorporate only sees packages and not Corporate told me to call east point , they can't do anythingA month later and no package

I went to the ups store over in Camp Creek market place to mail two gpu (graphic cards ( [redacted] ))They lost my package and never notified me about my missing package, and refuses to contact meI first noticed that the tracking # would always return an error, and then when the arrival date was over due, I then called ups ***After filling a claim, weeks pass by and I am forced to call once more, and I was told to wait another dayI did so and called UPS once more this time they tell me they aren't able to give any information to me because the agreement was between the store and myself, so any information would be passed along to the store and not me Product_Or_Service: ground shipping Order_Number: na Account_Number: [redacted]
