Review: I moved from NYC to Portland and shipped everything from this store to my new apartment. I have two expensive speakers that I was worried about shipping. I told the [redacted] and asked him if the store could package the speakers themselves and also to purchase insurance for the speakers. Upon arrival to my new home in Portland, the speakers were damaged. I have spend 5 weeks in submitting an insurance claim. The UPS corporate insurance processing office has repeatedly told me that the claim was successfully processed and it is up to the store to contact me for the final resolution. I have; however, not heard back from the store and I have called them several times over the past 3-4 days and I either A)Can't get a hold of them or B) They tell me they'll contact me tomorrow. I have yet to hear back what the final resolution will be for my insurance claim after working on this claim for over 5 weeks. In the interim, I have been required to keep all the original boxes (2 large boxes) in my studio apartment with all the packaging. This is rather inconvenient and disrupts my daily living.Desired Settlement: I would like the insurance claim to be resolved and to tell me what the resolution is going to be. 1) Tracking # [redacted]) Tracking # [redacted]
