In regard to the complaint on 7/28/which was assigned an ID of 1***5, my associate did perform a notarial act for Mr *** *** on July 8, At the time of his notary, Mr *** did date his document incorrectly by putting his birth year instead of the actual year of his signingTo fix
the error, he crossed out the wrong date, wrote the correct date and initialed itWe were asked to redo the notary at no additional charge being that the error caused it to be rejected by the company that was requesting it, which we gladly did
