UPS Store #6693

Ever since the mail service has been taken over by The UPS Store franchisee, the service has been less than desirable I have not received first class mail from business clients and have confirmed that the letters were mailed around 3/1/and 2/29/
I can understand one letter getting "lost", but this has happened more than once with first class mail Also, the notification of packages delivered is not consistent yet they will begin to charge a "storage fee" if it is not picked up in "days"
