Revdex.com:After numerous calls to ***, the Shipping Vendor and email to Revdex.com I finally connected with a [redacted] named [redacted] on July [redacted] who was EXTREMELY professional and helpful As a result of [redacted] 's assistance I was connected to a *** working located at [redacted] named [redacted] who took over matters and provided me with the service I knew [redacted] was capable of providing and [redacted] worked diligently to ensure that my concerns were addressed which ultimately resulted in my receiving my merchandise today, July [redacted] at approximately 5:50pm [redacted] left me her personal cell number and stated she will follow up with me tomorrow to confirm its receipt Therefore in reference to complaint ID [redacted] the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST UPS FACILITY I HAVE SEEN IN AMERICA HANDS DOWN AND I HAVE SEEN MANY.
Now thats out of the way, I had an urgent package sent to me by NEXT DAY delivery. I had to work on the day of the delivery so before I left for work I called UPS customer service at their 800 number and told them to have the package held at their facility so I can pick it up after work because I didn't want to take the chance of not getting my hands on the package that day. Customer service did so and I received an email from UPS my choice stating that the package is ready for pick up at the UPS facility.
Now here is the part which should make customers either cringe or at least start to consider other providers of shipping parcels cause UPS obviously has gotten very disorganized.
The email I got from UPS told me the package is at the facility at [redacted] ready for pick up and specifically said that I need to bring in a valid id and if I am not not the addressee that I need to bring in the tracking number. Thats all it said and no more. After work I drove over to the facility through almost an hour of traffic in order to get there before they close. On getting there I see 3 customers who were waiting by the side of the line for a supervisor because their packages had been mishandled by the facility. The customers were complaining bitterly that they had been there for 45 minutes waiting to be helped by the supervisor but the supervisor still never showed up and the staff member attending to other customers didn't seem to even care that they were complaining. On getting to me, I presented my state id card and tracking number to the UPS staff member and asked to pick up my package and he told me that they were not going to give me my package because the address on my id was my old address and that if I want my package I need to bring a piece of mail with my new address to go with my id.
I explained to the man that UPS sent me an email with what I was required to bring, I even showed him the email from UPS on my phone but he still said no. I asked to speak to the supervisor and then proceeded to wait with the other 3 customers who had at this point been waiting for an hour for the coveted supervisor. He finally shows up about 15 minutes later and when I finally talk to him and told him my situation and that it took me an hour to get there and there is no way I can go get a bill and make it back before they close and furthermore if I was told to bring a bill before hand that I would have brought one. I pulled up the email from UPS on my phone and showed it to him. I even told him, but I was told by him that what they decide at that facility trumps what UPS customer service says so basically whatever customer services says is nonsense cause they make their own rules.
At the end of the day I didn't get my package and this happened on a Friday, the facility is closed for the weekends and I needed my package for an event on Saturday and that is why it was sent by next day delivery but since this location makes their own rules that trump what UPS tells you in their emails I had to pay the price. I personally will be trying other parcel delivery carriers, I would advise you to do the same.

Review: UPS made an initial delivery attempt on 12/**/13 at 6:58 pm and no one was home. UPS was contacted on 12/**/13 and told not to attempt a 2nd delivery instead to hold package for pick up at the [redacted] station however another attempt was made. On 12/**/13 I went to the UPS store to pick up the package and was informed that the driver failed to leave the package and made a third and final attempt earlier in the afternoon. I was told the driver would return about 8pm and the package would be available for pick up then but after waiting over one hour I was unable to receive any resolution and instead of trying to provide help one employee behaved inappropriately/unprofessional to the customers waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the shipping cost paid

Review: THE COURIER IS NO ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO MY HOME. BUT SCANNING ATTEMPTED MADE. WHILE IM WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY.Desired Settlement: TO HAVE MY PACKAGES DELIVERED ON THE EXPECTED DATE THE DELIVERY IS SUPPOSE TO BE MADE.

Review: was mailed package APT # was left off got a post card asking for info I phone the ###-###-#### and was told by representative (1/*/14) lucy I would be deliver parcel on Monday (1/*/15) noo such delivery occurred again each day I call for next 4 days 1/*/15,(1/*/15) ,1/7/15, and 1/*/15 each time having o provide control-number [redacted] Tracking number [redacted] staying on the phone each time approximately 17 minutes NOT to have still to date nothing accomplished NO delivery

on 1/*/15 I needed to make two call because the first call a woman answered the (###-###-#### but refuse to give name just repeat a few times what your control # I ask for her name for the record she disconnect the callDesired Settlement: Retain for all to see and know the deplorable lack of customer service and actions one can receive

this place is by far the worst place to use for any of your delivery needs, I don't even know where to start smh

Review: Its seems to be when it comes down to delivering a package to my apartment "[redacted] there's always a problem, I get my products if I'm lucky 50% of the time.

Review: UPS has once again changed my delivery request to something I did not ask for, they have given my items to the post office to be delivered when they should have delivered it straight to my house!!, and I want them to deliver it to me as I paid for this service.Desired Settlement: I just want them to do their jobs correctly, and deliver my packages to me not the post office!

Review: I was in my home all day and the UPS delivery man rang my bell, I buzzed him in I then waited at the door and I heard him at the wrong door knocking after I heard him knocking he then left the building without delivering my package.Desired Settlement: I need the company to deliver my package by the end of this day, because I can't continue to take off work for their mistakes!!!

Review: I dropped off a damaged cell phone return package at the drop-box located right outside their store at the end of February since it was shortly after their closing time. I figured a box that was outside their [redacted] location was "better" than the ones scattered around the area. Lo and behold, my package went missing and now I am being charged by my cell phone carrier almost $800 for the lost cell phone. I was on the phone with UPS twice and was told that an investigation can not be opened due to no proof that I dropped off this package at the drop-box since a drop-box can only be used at my discretion. I begged for them to look at surveillance video to at least prove to the cell phone company that I did my part. No, they can not. Apparently, NOTHING can be done and now I had $800 taken from me due to the irresponsibility of UPS.Desired Settlement: I want UPS to investigate what happened to my package. I want them to, at least, prove to [redacted] that I dropped off the package, to prove that I was responsible, did my part, and so I can get my money back. I was responsible and now I'm being penalized for their irresponsibility. They do not have anything stating that customers should only use the drop-box at their discretion. I thought that a UPS designated drop-box was a safe alternative. I am a single mom to three small boys. $800 is childcare money! Please, just prove to [redacted] that I dropped it off.

Review: I went to the website called "[redacted]" to order my college transcript so I can transfer to another I even paid an extra fee so I can get the next day shipping which is suppose to arrive to me the next business day, the order was placed on (Feb) 02/**/2015 8:00 P.M. and it was delivered to the wrong address I live in [redacted] & the address was delivered to [redacted] on 02/**/2015 10:09 A.M. So I called the following day to get this situation handled, they get the right address from me and put in the system or as they say they posted to pick up my package on the 02/**/2015 6:11 P.M. The next day on the 02/**/2015 2:48 P.M. "Pickup Scan" and said I was suppose to receive the that day, I didn't call right away I figured I would receive it the following day BUT TODAY IS 02/**/2015 and I still have nothing to show for, I already missed my deadline to apply for the semester I wanted to now I'm behind. I called to see what's happening their accuse was that there isn't any driver available to deliver this package the weights 0.00 and now I have to go wasted cab money to pick up this package my self in stead of them delivering it to me since I paid extra for this service.Desired Settlement: Pay for the cab I'm going to take back & forth and the $5.00 extra I paid for the next day service.

Review: My husband and I have been sitting in our apartment for the past TWO DAYS waiting for a package to be delivered by an unethical driver who's erroneously stating [redacted] has made attempts to deliver. We live in a building with WORKING BELLS to gain building access as well as a WORKING ELEVATOR. I am not sure what the issue is why I and my husband have both been inconvenienced!!

I called [redacted] on July * when the package was initially supposed to be delivered and the customer service rep assured me that the item we be delivered on July *. We sat here for the entire day as I kept watchful eye on its online delivery status. At approx. 5:45pm I rechecked its status only to find that the driver AGAIN erroneously entered in the online system that there was a failed attempt to delivery that package as we were not available!!! I'm sitting right here!!! So now we've wasted two entire days waiting on a package that was NEVER delivered!!Desired Settlement: WE WANT OUR MERCHANDISE!!! I don't understand how much easier the driver wants it to be. We have access to the building by just ringing the bell. [redacted] doesn't have to walk up mounds of stairs we have an elevator...fully functional!! I want my merchandise. We paid the vendor to have the item delivered. We didn't pay to have our package dropped off across town as some access point or pick up site!! We paid for ground delivery to our home address. I've called [redacted] twice on each day of its scheduled delivery and during my last call I was told the driver would be given my number and would call me when he's ready to drop it of! What!!! So my husband and I now have to carve out a third day to sit and wait around for someone who MAY OR MAY NOT do their job!!!

We are not asking for a refund or discount we only want the merchandise we paid for!!!! NOW~!!!

Review: Once again I find myself with another complaint against UPS, this time they are delivering my items to an access point that I've never ever requested!! They have delivered my package to this address of: [redacted]"" which is an access point and it is three blocks from my house, so I've asked them "Why on earth would I ask for my items to be left three blocks from my house, when you could just deliver it to my house?", and both of the times they've tried to deliver it to this address at this access point they were "NOT" allowed to do so. My address is: " [redacted]."

Why can't they get my delivery desires correctly I've lived at this same address for five years and it is unbelievable how many times I have to file complaints over the same behavior. Will someone at this company finally get it right!?Desired Settlement: To have my merchandise delivered to my house, and "NEVER, EVER" to an access point when my neighbors and I always accept packages for one another!

Review: I placedan order to be delivered to me via [redacted] ground shipping. Order was said to be delivered on 2/**/2015. I satyed home from work to receive said package, and nothing never came. I looked tracked item online and it said package was refused and was at a access point. I went to said access pointand nothing was there. I then called [redacted] and was told package would be redelivered on monday. I was off work on monday, waited and nothing. I called and was told package was attempted delivery at access point, not understanding why wouldnt it be delivered to my home address I went to said access point where owner informed me that they do not accept large packages at their business. She also informed me that, the [redacted] driver camein and told her that he has a large package which is a tv but he knows that her business does not accept large packages. I called again and was given many excuses and no answers. I was told package would be delivered on Tuesday 3/*/2015. They have taken my package to this access point when my address is on the package, and they know the access point does not accept large packages. Now, its Tuesday and at ups.com its says package was denied. They have once again taken my package to the access point where they wont accept it.I have spoken to someone again who says the driver will not be coming back my way to deliver my package when it is not my fault. I was told my package will now have to be delivered on Wednesday 3/*/2015.Desired Settlement: I would like my package delivered and a refund of my delivery charges
