My name is [redacted]. I am the manager of The UPS Store on Scottsville Rd. We have received notice that you filed a complaint with the Revdex.com concerning a shipment to Brazil.

As I recall you did not want to pay the price for UPS that is track-able the entire time in transit and delivered by UPS at the receiving location. I am sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the tracking as I tell all customers that international shipments through the post office are not delivered by The UNITED STATES Postal Services once it leaves the US as they do not have offices around the world, only the UNITED STATES. I also tell all customers that the USPS estimated time of delivery for that service is 5-7 business days although it is usually closer to 2 weeks BUT WITH NO GUARANTEE. Your shipment was delivered in Brazil on Monday, March 23 at 5:19 pm.
I am extremely sorry that we did not have a conversation concerning this shipment before you filed the complaint. I have spoken with both of my associates and neither recalls a detailed conversation with you concerning this package. If you called the store and asked a general question, again I am sorry that you did not ask to speak with me so we could have cleared this up immediately.  
I am not sure who told you that we charge 2 times the price as the USPS does for services. We do not offer flat rate shipments here so maybe that is where the pricing confusion came in.
