affirmatively agreed to Upside’s Terms and Conditions (https://resources.upside.com/terms-and-conditions) at the time of purchase which state, “Upside is not responsible for losses due to cancelled flights, seats, or changed flight itineraries." Further, per these Terms and Conditions, the customer agreed that the airlines retain the right to adjust flight times and schedules at any timeThe customer agreed to work with the airline if the flight was delayed or cancelled with the knowledge that Upside does not provide any refund for Services missed due to missed, cancelled or delayed flights, or other flight irregularitiesWe regret that the customer’s flight was not on time, but it is the nature of travel to encounter delays from time to time for various reasonsAccommodations such as free food or beverages or reimbursed expenses are not guaranteed, and it is up to the airline (and not Upside) to make any such determinationsIf you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us
