Review: They have multiple unsolicited web listings for me (physician) in which the address is erroneous/outdated since 1999. The State Medical Board and AG's office view the listings as erroneous, fraudulent, misleading and potentially jeopardizing to patients; and demand removal of the listings.No contact phone number or email address are available (I listed my email as the company to process the Revdex.com application). Many emails were sent through their web site and one US mail letter; 'Please Permanently remove my name (Dr. xxx xxx) from web site discovery (URLs attached)-listings-search results-API feeds and all data bases immediately- also from all affiliates. The State Medical Board/AGs office view listing the erroneous outdated info (outdated since 1999) as potentially jeopardizing to patient safety, fraudulent and misleading'.There has been no response and the erroneous web listings remain.Desired Settlement: Urgently Honor my request (MANDATE from agencies)described above.-Please Permanently remove my name (Dr. xxx xxx) from web site discovery -listings-search results-API feeds and all data bases immediately- also from all affiliates; at all/any addresses nationwide particularly including the Pensacola address.
