appointment to drop the truck off to us. She said she could not till Friday. We asked her to get an idea of what was wrong. [she lives 1 hours away) We didn't want her to do more damage to the truck by driving it with an issue. She then had a friend look at it and said itsounds like a bad injector. We told her we had all new injectors put in that. One may be bad and we should be able to get it covered with a warranty. Once again advised her not to drive it. A week later on July 24th 2017, she left us message to discuss what the garage said. 1} Left back caliper2) Loose u joint3} Loose inner right tie rod4) Needs rear rotors and padsWe then called her and explained and discussed the garage findings. If the caliper was frozen then it would cause damage to the rear pads and rotors. We wanted her to bring us the truck for us to verify what the garage said. We also explained to her that they can go bad without any warning or signs of an issue. She never contacted us before the 17th of July 2017, if there were issues with the truck she should have called us as soon as she got home. [2 hours away) We spoke with her mother after hanging up with her. Her mother was on our side after our discussion. She told me that her daughter was over reacting. I also told her mom I could get parts at my cost at a parts store near her. So she wouldn't have to make 2 trips to us. We thought the cost of her time and gas would be more than a fee from a mechanic in her area. She or her mom are not answering or returning any of our calls at this time to resolve this matter.We feel we have bent over backwards to work with this customer.
