I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.All, As stated in my complaint the issue was pre diagnosed and even the owners manual confirmed the vehicle indicator light as needing a throttle body There was no diagnoses need or requestedI did not sign a work order for such diagnostics, which were not necessary! I expect to be reimbursed for the unneeded diagnostics I further go on record to state this company provides terrible service and extorts customers on a daily basis.

The customer came in for an oil change and we also diagnosed that he needed a throttle body.  We priced the job and ordered the part.  The consumer found an aftermarket part and did the job himself.  He was only charged for the oil change and the diagnosis.  He was not charged...

for any service we did not perform.
