This account was placed with this office by [redacted] on June 16, 2014 for the sum of $481.22. We are unsure where Mr. [redacted] is getting the $231.00 figure, as the opening balance was $481.22. He started paying on this balance at $50/month, in August, 2016. We...
submitted a $50 ACH on April 15, 2017, which leaves a balance on the account of $31.22. That will be the May, 2017, payment and will pay the balance in full. We will certainly provide Mr. [redacted] with copies of the placement information if he so desires. He has never called here to inquire why we are still debiting his account if he felt the balance was paid in full. We hope this clears up the misunderstanding.
