This is not a whole truth I was told I would be put on a reoccuring schedule for my daughters supplies to come monthly however as the months we on Upstate would "forget" to send her supplies so I would have to call and I have had to call every single month to order her supplies or they are not shipped out

customer may have with our company or services,Since September 2013, the patient was placed on a recurring schedule for trach supplies to bereceived the fourth Thursday of every month, This way she would know what supplies to expecteach month and would not have to place a monthly call. We order the trach each inventoryweek after she received one. There have been several times the manufacturer has backordered our order, but we ship as soon as It comes in. Unfortunately backorders are out of ourcontrol ahd the mother is made aware ofthis at time of delivery, For your further clarificationattached you will find a schedule of all trach supply deliveries since March 2013 to presentidentifyihg back orders and when the back order was received.Upstate HomeCare prides itself on excellent customer service.
