Response taken by phone: I apologist to this customer The truck that I would use to finish the job has been down all spring and summer As soon as I get it back, I will be over to finish the job I thank the customer for his patience

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am very skeptical at this point that Upstate New York Tree plans to come back as when I called you the last (2) times I went to voice mail and never got called back ( and sent multi pal text ( per Mr Drakes request to remind him) none of which were responded to or alignedThis total lack of communication resulted in my wife tried to call MrDrake she did get though and he admitted he forgot about us (my wife and I) and promised it would be removed the week after July 4th holiday. Yet this log still remains and the stump has yet to be cut to a zero grade per the contract which I attachedI am looking for a concrete date one for my own piece of mind and one to give the code enforcement officer of the town of Irondequoit as this stump is inside the yard fence but technically in the front yard per the plot plan for the town. Thank you *** ***
