Review: Upstate Productions LLC. organized a music festival called Freedom of Expression (FOE). The event was for August [redacted], and I bought 2 tickets in April for $104.98. A mere 2 weeks before FOE was supposed to start, Upstate Productions announced that FOE had been canceled, and never said another word about FOE since then. I have messaged the founder of Upstate Productions, [redacted], multiple times about this issue and have not received a response. It has been over a month since the cancellation of FOE and I have not heard a single word about refunds. [redacted] and Upstate Productions are a sketchy business and I believe them to have pocketed the money from FOE and ran with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my $104.98 back as well as an explanation from [redacted] himself as to why he has not even attempted to contact a single person about refunds and why he has ignored all of my messages to him about said refunds.
