There was a delay in getting the report to the customer in a timely manor due to the increased volume of business at the timeThe full report was sent to the client and found to be satisfactory

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I never received any emails from the business containing a property inspection report, nor did I ever receive a hard copy in the mailAdded to which repeated phone calls and voice messages went unansweredMy brother made a visit to the business address listed and stated that it appeared to be vacantThere was no attempt to resolve this issue until this complaint has been filedAt this point I would like a full refund for the report that is no longer needed Regards, [redacted]

Good Morning,The customer has received the report and has viewed all documentsI do understand the importance of getting the reports out in a timely mannerDue to the overwhelming work load and some health issues, it took longer than expected in getting the report completedAgain, the customer

[redacted], Sorry for the late reply. I have mailed two hard copies of this report to the client at the address that he provided ([redacted] Road) and have emailed it several times to the email address that was provided. I checked his email address to make sure it was correct and it is. If he's getting your emails, he should be getting mine. I would like to resolve this matter as well. There was a delay in getting the report to the customer in a timely manor due to the increased volume of business at the time. The full report was sent to the client and found to be satisfactory.

We signed a pre-inspection agreement that only discussed what they would inspect and that they are not liable. It was verbal discussion at the start of the inspection where I was told it takes a few days for inspection report and that radon testing he would pick up the equipment on that Thursday (9/22) and send me those results once he received them.  I was told that I would be emailed a log in and password to use to view the report. That is why we waited until the following Monday to attempt to call the company. They decided they would refuse to call us back or respond to any of our emails.  I have had several building Inspections performed for me in the past by different company's and many of which hand you a written report at the end of the inspection. Others email it a few days after. This company decided it was best to discontinue any communications and not send agreed upon report until threatened with legal action
