***)The Tunkhannock location is miles from *** ***'s residence, which would make the duration of this trip an hour and thirty eight minutesUpstate Recovery services thirteen counties throughout the North Easter Pennsylvania, we have two locations one in the upper and lower portion of our service areas, in an effort to be in a convenient location for all parties involved; unfortunately at times depending on the area it may be an inconvenience for customers to get to and from one of our locationsThat being said, *** *** contacted our offices on October 12th one day before picking up his vehicle to schedule his appointment at that time he was made aware of the outstanding charges that were due at the time of pickup, his total amount $At no point during this conversation did *** *** raise concern or inquire about fees owedThe following day *** *** arrived to retrieve his vehicle during his appointment he contacted our primary offices for an explanation of feesHe was verbally provided, a breakdown of total amount due vehicle was stored for days at a day = $plus a $administrative fwas confused as to why he was being charged an administrative fee, explained this fee was for the administrative work that went into processing all paperwork and preparation of unit for pickupHe advised that his invoice reflected only days of storage, we determined the invoice was printed the day prior to his arrival advised him I would have our lot attendant print out a revised invoice.I spoke directly with my lot attendant, he provided correct invoiceAt no point during our interaction with the customer were we reluctant to provide an invoice or explain all fees involvedAs previously mentioned, our customers are provided with total amount owed prior to pick upStorage fees are an industry standard fee, we are charged to store the vehicle, insure the vehicle while in our possessions these fees take place the day of repossessionPlease feel free to contact our offices with any questionsSincerelyAlicia V
