my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
HI - I already submitted a complaint ([redacted]) with you. I was required to respond to the the business's offer of correction within 5 days or the complaint would be closed; I was happy with the business's proposal to contact me and send the items immediately but that never happened. I was not contacted and I have not received the items; I even sent a separate email to the company confirming that I wanted contact and the items. THIS IS A SCAM! THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME NOR SENT THE ITEMS even after agreeing to do so VIA MY Revdex.com COMPLAINT...how could you still rate this business as anything other than an F? I think the business should FOLLOW UP on their commitment via the Revdex.com to contact me and fulfill my order. But at this point I think the business is a scam and want a refund.
