of this item based on our store policy because this item was worn.This customer worn jean short and made broken and asked us to exchange but we could not exchange or give her store credit because it is customer's fault.We check twice all our clothes before we display. If the jean short has defect, we will not display.She did not bring as a original condition because this jean short has no tags and worn.You can easily check out this is not defect problem if you have chance to look at it.I would like to recommend customer send you for the picture.Clothing is not a warranty product compared to electronics or cars.  If customer bring right away as a original condition, we can exchange or give her store credit.However, If customer worn and broke the cloth based on customer's fault, we cannot exchange or give store credit.I offered 50% off the same item for our customer service satisfaction although it is not our fault.  However; she declined our offer.If you need more information or have any question, please feel free to contact me.Best Regards,[redacted]

This has not been resolved at all. Please do not close my complaint. A garment should not fall apart the first time it is worn. Especially by a high school freshman, in the middle of class, how embarrassing!!

Review: We purchased a pair of jean shorts and my stepson wore them to school the next day. He is a 9th grader and was completely humiliated when they ripped up the side. We took them to the store and the owner stated it was our problem. He was willing to allow us to by another pair at half price but not willing to exchange or return.Desired Settlement: Ideally we would like a full refund, but we are more than willing to settle for an exchange.
