Review: UPTECH COMPUTER told me that hard dive is broken in my computer and hard drive has to be replaced with another one. When I bring this computer to another person he changed BIAS setting and computer start working. Hard drive was not broken. This is second time when UPTECH COMPUTER telling me that hard dive is broken. 3 years ago I both a new computer because they told me that new hard drive is needed. They charging $99.00 to replace hard drive and $99.00 to restore data.

My understanding they did wrong diagnose on purpose to force me to replace hard drive and restore data. This way they will make $198.00.

I am not recommending this business to other people. Get second opinion.Desired Settlement: They charged $26.49 for so called "SERVICE, SYSTEM CHECK". This system check was wrong. Money has to be refunded.
