Good afternoon - This note is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] *** in November Ms*** took the time to write to me to explain her dissatisfaction and frustration with the charge for services we performed for her Galaxy Note I called and spoke with MsWells upon reading her complaint She explained that she felt the $ [redacted] charge was unfair considering that the phone couldn’t be activated I reviewed the situation with our tech who performed that work and after considering all aspects of the situation I felt that a refund of **% of the charge was fair I called Ms*** and made that offer and she accepted We processed the refund of $ [redacted] on November I welcome the opportunity to help Ms*** with her future needs and make the offer to have her contact me directlyThank you, Marshall (Marsh) W [redacted] ** [redacted] ** [redacted]
