Sir I really don't know who you are and why I would call the store when *** wasn't there. That is interesting that you would go to such lengths to get our text conversation and phone records from the phone company. I have a copy of the texts also and emails that where never answered, phone calls where never returned. Proof of our work has been sent to the collection agency. There was never any mention of us not preforming our duties because we did, until you gave owl permission to get back into the books, that is when we stopped and asked *** to contract usIf you wanted to solve this issue you should have contacted us, instead you just ignored everything. Please communicate with the collection agency from now on

When we were hired by [redacted] to do the bookkeeping for [redacted] back Feb of 2016, I was informed to communicate with him only.  When I was at the location we got online and disconnected his previous bookkeeper so she would not be able to do any work in his QuickBooks Online data file.  We...

started working in the data file right way.  We have text messages from [redacted] which was the only way he would communicate with us. On March 2 we sent an email to [redacted] with 13 questions and an attachment with questions on it, with no response from him.  We left several messages for [redacted] with no response from him, this was very common with dealing with your company.  On March 9th we went into QuickBooks Online and noticed someone had been working in the file transactions had been changed or entered without us processing them, as we checked into this further we found that the previous bookkeeper was able to get back into the data file.  We stopped work immediately and texted [redacted] to call me.  As usual he did not respond.  Our company provided you with the work that you have been invoiced for and we expect to be paid for it.  We have no desire to work for your company any longer due to your non response to our phone calls, emails and texts.  Please retract your complaint against us and pay your bill, the collection process will be moving forward until this is paid.

I am rejecting this response because:I was here while you worked with [redacted], you just chose to ignore me. You could have called the store because that's where we both worked... As far as you NOT following though completing you job (yet we have 0 proof you did a thing) you chose to be a coward run away, we have communicated with the collection agency. You have not completed a thing or finished as far as we know so you are a scammer. I will not be retracting anything from the Revdex.com because you never did anything yet you are trying to collect on services not rendered. I would like to see the proof. You never called us back after I tried, there for you "Didn't try your hardest" as you claimed. I never got anything, because you never sent anything. Were fine fighting this because you never sent any proof of work done. If you were a real business owner you would have tried to get in contact instead of LYING!!!!!!!!
