When we were hired by [redacted] to do the bookkeeping for [redacted] back Feb of 2016, I was informed to communicate with him only When I was at the location we got online and disconnected his previous bookkeeper so she would not be able to do any work in his QuickBooks Online data file We started working in the data file right way We have text messages from [redacted] which was the only way he would communicate with usOn March we sent an email to [redacted] with questions and an attachment with questions on it, with no response from him We left several messages for [redacted] with no response from him, this was very common with dealing with your company On March 9th we went into QuickBooks Online and noticed someone had been working in the file transactions had been changed or entered without us processing them, as we checked into this further we found that the previous bookkeeper was able to get back into the data file We stopped work immediately and texted [redacted] to call me As usual he did not respond Our company provided you with the work that you have been invoiced for and we expect to be paid for it We have no desire to work for your company any longer due to your non response to our phone calls, emails and texts Please retract your complaint against us and pay your bill, the collection process will be moving forward until this is paid

I am rejecting this response because:I was here while you worked with ***, you just chose to ignore meYou could have called the store because that's where we both workedAs far as you NOT following though completing you job (yet we have proof you did a thing) you chose to be a coward run away, we have communicated with the collection agencyYou have not completed a thing or finished as far as we know so you are a scammerI will not be retracting anything from the Revdex.com because you never did anything yet you are trying to collect on services not renderedI would like to see the proofYou never called us back after I tried, there for you "Didn't try your hardest" as you claimedI never got anything, because you never sent anythingWere fine fighting this because you never sent any proof of work doneIf you were a real business owner you would have tried to get in contact instead of LYING!!!!!!!!
