Terrible. So called "Experts" with Quickbooks could not fix a super simple issue that took me, someone who has NEVER used QB software, 15 secs of exploring the programs own Settings section to spot and fix. They took 4 hrs over the phone/Zoom, remoted into my Grandmothers computer, removed then re-installed QB a few times...and were puzzled. Issue was never resolved, even after a second session. They charged her $300 and somehow it is a auto authorized thing, which was never disclosed or agreed upon, and it caused a overdraft to her account. She is disputing the charge as unauthorized and refuses to pay them anyways, cause they did NOT and could not fix her issue.
The issue was quite simple...any payable email Invoice she would send, had only text, not QB images, borders, and most importantly, no PAY button for the person to click and pay online.
She sent me a test invoice, I noticed it arrives as a Plain text email (no HTML), went into the QB settings, some options in, found the email invoice settings, and unchecked the "send email invoices as Plain Text format" box and bingo...what do you know, that was the issue and it was confirmed when she sent me a another test invoice via email and it had the Pay button and HTML QB things.
Useless "QB Certified" people.
