I have been a customer of Upton Bass for over a decade I find them to be a group of dedicated craftsmen slavishly devoted to quality and to me, as a customer From what I've observed, they endeavor to do the same for all of their customers Over and over again, they have gone beyond the call of duty-- that is, beyond their formal warranty and promises, in order to keep me happy They've even made adjustments and not charged me at all for the bench time That's in large part why I've been a repeat customer It also explains the overwhelming positive reviews that one finds via internet searches
