the unit with the issues.Tim also says I am mentally challenges but I am sure my education level far surpasses his.The unit on my own home was not purchased used as Tim stated and has been functioning perfectly unlike the unit Tim installed. Hacks  did not install it and the Company is registered with the ROC and did a much better job than Tim is capable of doing at a much better price.Long story short, Tim lacks professionalism and getting his facts correct. He seems bitter and think he may be frustrated with his life and I am sorry about that.

I think the response speaks for itself and Tim lacks professionalism.
