First and foremost let me apologize for the tvs that were damage on 3/17/We submitted a claim with our insurance company on 3/29/and on 5/1/I received a letter of denialEven though our moving contract states we are only liable for per pound, we here at Get A Move On Movers are wanting to make things right by replacing of your tvs that were broken beyond repair The first tv has been ordered and would be delivered by the end of this week, and your second tv will be ordered before the day grace period that is stated on your contractI have addressed your concerns regarding the damaged household items on numerous occasionsPlease allow time for this matter to be rectifiedI reiterate my apologies for the damage to your household items and renew my intent to see that this claim is handled expeditiously.Very respectfully,Get A Move On Movers

BEWARE!!! Get a Move On Movers stole my belongings and then when I asked them to reimburse me they adamantly refusedWhen I disputed the charge of $with my credit card company they lied! DO NOT USE GET A MOVE ON MOVERS!! They are extremely untrustworthy!!!

Tell us why here...We again have addressed your concerns regarding the damages household items on numerous occasions, please allow time for this matter to be rectified as proscribed in the contract for moving services We have a work ordered stating we originally purchased the first tv on May 03, However due to company policies that state If you have any disputes about charges, or loss or damages to your goods, you need to file a written claim with the mover within days of the delivery date and must indicate enough information for the mover to investigate your claimYou movers has days to respond acknowledging your claim and has days to pay, deny, or make a settlement offerAs of 05/17/we here at Get A Move On Movers have authorization to deliver *** *** first tv on the day she seems fitI reiterate my apologies for the damages to your household items and renew my intent to see that this claim is handled expeditiously according to our policy

Movers Were Great! I had found them on Craigslist & decided to use them because their rates were reasonable
My movers were Josh & Tony and they had did a awesome job moved my bd bath apt in about hrs and helped assemble my beds for no extra cost

Courteous, professional, quick and fairly pricedThey helped me unpack and move a crate of my belongings to my apartmentThey also stopped off at a local furniture store to grab my new couch for meThe two-man team worked efficiently and I couldn't believe how inexpensive they were compared to other moving companies--and it was a Sunday!! I would use them again!

According to our records we scheduled a walk through with *** prior to her move on May 3rd She signed and agreed our proposed contract for $and by signing she agrees to our waiver and release agreement as wellShe called the day after on 5/4/ to report minor damage done
to a wallShe had a repair man available on 5/6/who quoted her $60.oo to repair the damaged wallWe advised her would cover the cost for the damaged wallAt the time she reported no other damagesOn June she called to say that as she was having dinner a leg from her dinning table fell which somehow caused her entertainment center and tv to fall as wellWe advised we are not responsible for her incident and as of today we have yet to hear of any issues with her washer/dryer. wanting to make things right by replacing 2 of your tvs that were broken beyond repair.  The first tv has been ordered and would be delivered by the end of this week, and your second tv will be ordered before the 90 day grace period that is  stated on your contract. I have addressed your concerns regarding the damaged household items on numerous occasions. Please allow time for this matter to be rectified. Get A Move On Movers does not deny that 4 tvs were damage during Ms. [redacted] move. Out of the 4 tvs, 2 tvs were fully functional however the pedestals were damaged in which we offered to purchase 2 new pedestals for those 2 tvs,  Ms. [redacted] refused and insisted for 2 wall mounts instead. On May 19, 2017 We delivered a replacement model # [redacted] along with the 2 wall mounts per Ms. [redacted] request to full fill 3 out of 4 televisions that were damaged. 9 days later on May 28, 2017, we received numerous calls/texts from Ms. [redacted] stating she had just opened the box and discovered the tv was "cracked" along with lines on display. Which would be hard for us to believe that she didn't open the box when she first received it on May 19, 2017 because on April 27, 2017 she sent a text stating "she had 4 young kids at home with no tvs at the home. (down below is the attach message Ms. [redacted] sent) As of the purchasers of the tv you can imagine our surprise to find out that the television was damaged because we have pictures of the tv working without any damages along with a statement from the seller. On May 30, 2017 we picked up the television to investigate her claim and indeed the tv had lines on display however no cracks. This matter has now been turned over to the FedEx investigation department this process can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to resolve for tv replacement model # "[redacted]" Replacement of 4th television will be delivered on or before the original promised date. We here at Get A Move On Movers are working diligently to close out Ms. [redacted] claim by law as movers we are only responsible for .60 per pound of damaged items but we choose to replace her tvs in good faith. This matter has not been a easy task, We understand Ms. [redacted] frustration because she expresses thru text messages consistently all hours of the evening but our intent was not to purposely damage her items.

As of 05/18/2017, Get A Move On Movers has resolved 3 out of the 4 tvs that Ms. [redacted] has claimed.First delivered Tv was A Sony [redacted] 65' Class HDR 4K 3D Smart LED Television, and 2 wall mounts for the two tvs that the pedestal was damaged during the move. Last tv to be resolved is a LG 65UB9500 65' 3D Smart LED Television, which will be delivered on or before the date of 06/18/2017.
