To whom it may concern: At the time of move out, a forwarding address was not provided by the resident, therefore the refund was mailed to the last known address of [redacted] ***On May 3, [redacted] reached out to the community and talked with the Assistant Manager, Kathleen, and stated he hadn't received his deposit and gave her an updated addressCorporate stated they did not receive the check back so if the resident wanted a new check, they would need to pay a $stop pay fee to have a new check reissued [redacted] did not want to proceed with that and we had not heard back from him until nowWe have put a stop payment on the original check #for $that was issued on 3/31/and mailed a new check in the amount of $to the new address provided by [redacted] of [redacted] StPaul, MN on 6/15/Please let me know if you have any further questions Sincerely, Gerri [redacted] Community Manager

Corporate stated they did not receive the check back so if the resident wanted a new check, they would need to pay a $35 stop pay fee to have a new check reissued. [redacted] did not want to proceed with that and we had not heard back from him until now. We have put a stop payment on the original check #1061 for $100.21 that was issued on 3/31/17 and mailed a new check in the amount of $100.21 to the new address provided by [redacted] of [redacted] St. Paul, MN 55102 on 6/15/17. The issue was resolved directly with the resident, after this complaint was filed. She has provided the required information that has allowed her to be released from her lease as she requested. [redacted]
