Uptown Jungle Fun Park

This is the nasty place I’ve been too. Dirty, smells gross, girl in the front is so rude and moody. The bathroom is atrocious! Straight up foul. Not to mention the hand soap smells like piss. If I could give zero stars I would! Barf! I have no clue why my kid likes this place. It barely has any attractions I doubt I’ll ever return to this trash dump. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

I paid for VIP experience it's comes with shirts backpack and premium goodie bag(20 kid) and we didn't get anything of that.. the employees didn't even mention it till I remembered before I was about to pay they told me they was out of everything .. and it took them almos a hour to figure out how to give us a discount and when they finally did they only offer us $25 and tried to give us the stuff after the party and the kids left already and They keep offering us free 60 minutes play .. and manager was telling me that they coulda charge us extra 100 from staying there past our time but she waive it.. but it wasn't our fault we stay there longer cause the employees couldn't figure out what to do. All I'm asking is give me the upgrade money back and they keep refusing too and still insisting to give the goodie bags and she still saying that they still don't have the shirt and they gonna give it to me when they get it... Like we said we don't need those stuff cause the party was over! They shoulda told us that they were all out of stocked of everything before we upgrade the sad part is if I didn't noticed they the didn't give us all that's included they coulda got away with it without saying anything
