Uptown Logo Design

This company has not deliver on their promise to provide me a website that I paid for in full $500.00 back in April. My website was supposed to have been ready before the end of May and to date no website.
I have tried numerous times to get a hold of these people and my calls are not returned, my emails unanswered and my chat requests on their website ignored.
My frustration level is beyond the point that I do not want o deal with these people any more and demand my money back.

Contracted this company to do logo design work. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They would not issue a refund.
Contracted this company to do logo design work. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They produced terrible quality work and failed to make unlimited revisions as promised. When I asked for a refund the rep just wanted to argue with me, make excuses and blame me. I sent a revision request in and never got a response.

Hello, I was only given one choice on Complaint type. Uptown Logo has many issues regarding to my complaints. I contacted Uptown Logo in April 2018 to build a website for me and at that time I was told by *** that website could be completed in a few weeks time.
I paid upfront for the webpage along with an extra amount for Uptown Logo to write my content for the web page- They did not come up with a text link for my review until July 8 or 9th. Upon reviewing that info they had so many grammical errors that I stopped everything. I finally got a hold of *** after about a weeks time and told him this was unacceptable because I paid almost $700.00 extra for them to write the content but ended up with a ton of cut copy and paste from other sites. In addition I was told that videos could be added to my webpage with no extra charges but when the developers put the pages together you couldn't see the videos because they weren't the correct size so once again *** said I had to pay another $500-700 to buy videos- I had to speak to ***? to ask for help. Not much happened with his involvement- Through-out the whole dealing with this company they promise a deadline date but it never happened.
In September 2018 I had to hire someone on my end to come up with content- That was sent over to
***- He came up with another version that wasn't correct so to say the least I was finished with *** because he would get mad when I didn't like their version of changes so he said I kept changing my mind. We didn't we just need a Webpage that accurately describes our business. He ended up calling me a second classs citizen and hangs up on me. I admit I got frustrated and said a few choice words but no name calling. Mike Anderson is now involved and he promised a deadline of over a month ago and to this day NOTHING from him. Only an email from Support team to say they apologized and will meet the deadline soon. They have cost me too much money.
