Uptown Shoes

I purchased a pair of *** on November 14. Very happy with my purchase because I have purchased this brand of boot before. I was glad knowing I would have dry feet. I have purchased these boots in the past and liked their quality. After a week of wearing my boots my left foot was wet. When I walked I would get a squishing sound.
OnDe ember 1, I returned the boots with the necessary documentation. I was told I was not able to return my boots because I had worn them. I told the staff they are boots and the leak I would keep them if they did their job.

I felt then I was given a run around. I was told I must have sweaty feet. I told them no these are the third pair of boots I have purchased. I also told them that the heal on my left boot makes a squishy sound when I walk. The manager told me she had to talk to her manager. She took pictures of my boots and apperently sent them off I went back Monday,Dec. 3 just to check on this situation. The store has had no responce. It is early yet so I accepted it. I feel like its that phrase “The cheque is in the mail”.
I am in a difficulty situation because I couldnt afforf the boots to begin with but I believe they will keep my feet warm and dry. I cant go out and just pick up another pair of boots until this is taken care of.
