Review: I purchased a $110 dress from this company on March [redacted], 2015. "Standard Delivery" was the choice I was given for my shipment. On March [redacted] I received an email stating my package would be shipping out the next morning, and I would be receiving a tracking number. The next day came, no tracking number. It is now April [redacted] and I STILL have not received my package or tracking number. When I log in to my account on the website, the status of the package STILL says "awaiting fulfillment". I have left emails and tried calling the company multiple times since March [redacted]. No answer. The company has a description in "shipping & handling" that states a package will ship within 48 hours after you place your order. My bank account shows $110 was taken from my account.Desired Settlement: Purchased a dress from the company march [redacted], still have not received it. I would like my money back. It does not seem like I am getting the dress. I have pictures of my bank account showing $110 was taken. I also took pictures of the emails, and order status on the company's website.
