forwarded pictures of your car, you are claiming damage that pre-existed and we did NOT even touch that area You have paint damage all over your car and we completely fixed, completely fixed the scratches you asked us to remove Before the pictures I spent hours arranging the repair of your car, arranged the rental, put cash in an envelope for you to pay for the rental and then you said you wanted gas money to boot I even put in gas money in the envelope When you finally showed me the pictures, all three of my employees verified we did not even touch that area My manager, an employee for 12+ years gives money to orphanages and a childrens hospital out of his bimonthly pay He's as honest as the day is long So is the service writer who took your order and the detailer, a professional who has also worked for me for years tell me you are claiming damage for something that we didn't touch nor did you pay for In fact, they told you beforehand that area was not repairable Your first words to me were you were going to Yelp me and spread this all over if I didn't work with you You've obviously kept your word even though you are trying to take advantage of me I pay for every mistake we make and a whole lot more just for customer satisfaction However when someone is obviously trying to take advantage of me, I will not cooperate based on principal, even knowing you will post a fraudulent review You wasted hours of my time trying to do the right thing by you Unfortunately, because you are unemployed you want others to pay your way Find somebody else

[This business owner is a liar and does not wish to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I came there with scratches and thought is was a simple fix. They damaged the paint on my car and I reported it the second I saw it. If it were something they didn't think they could repair they should have just said so. They are all about taking peoples money. This business owner is a fraud and even attacked my character. He is not honest./>

Review: A couple of weeks ago I went to Uptown Touchless Car Wash to get my car washed. While cleaning the inside of my windshield, one of the workers swung his arm and broke the clock off my dash. They had me write up an incident report and sent me to their preferred body shop to get it fixed. The body shop wouldn't fix it so I went to the [redacted] dealer. Apparently the whole unit that the clock is supposed to attach to needs to be replaced in order for the clock to stay in place, a repair cost of $420. I called the car wash and left messages for the owner. My insurance company adjuster has called and left messages. No one will return our calls. The car wash is not being cooperative in getting my car fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like for Uptown Touchless Car Wash to pay for the repair of my clock, which will cost approximately $420.

Review: Went there to have car detailed, spent $109.00 and 3 hours when it was supposed to take 1.5hours and they didn't wipe off the wax, had to do that at home, didn't fully clean the interior of the car. When I complained, the manager said well the car looks fine now and didn't offer anything except for us to pay to have the car clay waxed because "there's damage to the paint" no one told me to get the clay wax instead of the "hand wax"Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $109.00

Review: In July I went to get paint from another car buffed out from the drivers side panels. They said no problem but when they said my car was ready there were big cloud shapes on 2 sections of the door and rear panel. The man who buffed my car pushed too hard, stripping the paint right off. I told the worker and he denied it, I took pictures immediately, and I asked for the manager and he said to fill out a claim.

The next day, [redacted], the owner called me apologizing and asking me not to do a yelp review (I wrote in the report that I was going to if it were not repaired) and that he cared about his customers and he would take care of it, but that his manager, [redacted] was out of town and he would call me when he returned. So I waited for [redacted] to call for a couple of weeks. [redacted] said to call a repair company that he gave me the number for. I called and called but no one ever called me back. I reported this to [redacted] via voice mail and after a couple of weeks he called me back and said to go to

(another repair company of his choice, so I did). This 2nd repair shop on the other end of town did an estimate and said someone would get back too me. No one ever did so after a few more weeks I called [redacted] back saying I have not heard anything. [redacted] instructed me to go back to the original repair shop and they would take care of it for sure. So I did, and they told me I would need a rental because it would be about 4 days to repair. I made an appointment to get a rental for the date I would drop off my car. ( It's been 3 1/2 months at this point since the damage at Uptown Car wash.) 2 days before I was scheduled to drop off my car for repairs, I get a text from [redacted] the owner saying his workers said that they did not do the damage and he will not repair it.

I now realize he never had any intention of repairing my car! All of this dragging me all over town for estimates and stalling, I assume he probably was just hoping I would go away.Desired Settlement: Repairs to damaged paint.

So is the service writer who took your order and the detailer, a professional who has also worked for me for years tell me you are claiming damage for something that we didn't touch nor did you pay for. In fact, they told you beforehand that area was not repairable. Your first words to me were you were going to Yelp me and spread this all over if I didn't work with you. You've obviously kept your word even though you are trying to take advantage of me. I pay for every mistake we make and a whole lot more just for customer satisfaction. However when someone is obviously trying to take advantage of me, I will not cooperate based on principal, even knowing you will post a fraudulent review.
