I am rejecting this response because: Resolution on second table has not been determined yet until delivery and second inspection has been completedThis will not be done until ThursdayUntil such time there is no satisfactory of resolution of complaintIt is to soon to suggest that the complaint has been satisfied until customer has had the opportunity to 1)Receive payment which hasn't happened yet and 2) Receive delivery and inspect furnitureNeither of these things has taken place yet as of 6/27/Thank YouCustomer

I do agree that on the date of service the customer did call and explain that the crew did not have tools with them and were unable to put the bed back together, and if there was any compensation that could be refunded due to time loss and inconvenience of unassembled bed.  I did offer a one...

hour refund which customer accepted.  Yes our bookkeeper had a short week that week, and wasn’t able to get the check out right away.   As for the delay thereafter, as I was told by the bookkeeper she was awaiting for new checks to arrive as she had opened a new bank account with a new processing company.  As for a full refund, I would never agree to such an erroneous and preposterous refund based on the damages in question.    The customer received the refund in the amount she was promised.    Uptown Transfer,

I am rejecting this response because:As an A+ Revdex.com business I would expect them to honor their promised delivery date(s) for a refund. In the mean time I've had to patch and repaint two walls, special order a new support piece for my bed, find a replacement piece for my daughter's bed, put my daughter'sbed together, order replacement glassware, not to mention call the business 4 times before incurring additional cost of a courier to pick up the full refund I was promised, only to find it was only a 1 hour refund on delivery. Any other business would issue a full refund just for the unfulfilled "Promised by" dates.
