During the month of June Uptown Village Apartment homes had their parking lot paved and sealedNotices were sent to all residents with a schedule attached giving direction on the date each area would be paved and the location residents needed to move their cars toVehicle’s that were not moved were towed by a local towing company to a secure area that was pre-determined
Ms***s has complained that the splatter marks on her vehicle were cause from the paving company “ Driveway Maintenance” she has informed me that her body shop has told her that it was our paving/asphalt that caused the splatterI have instructed Ms***s on three separate occasions to bring a letter from her body shop explaining that the splatter was caused by the fault of the pavement company that was hired by Uptown Village
Upon receipt of requested letter from Ms***s this matter will be addressed directly with the paving company for a resolution
