managers can make decisions allowing additions of this type), I have found that the window tint was not a part of the sales' transaction, but added later by unauthorized personnel.However as a one-time goodwill gesture we will refund to the Consumer the requested $120.00, which will be a full and final settlement of this issue.The check is in process and included is a copy of the check so you may provide reassurance to the Consumer.
