I completed all the modules on 5/2/except the hour requirement before my deadlineI was literally hours or so shy of the mark, about hours before the deadline (so about hours shy overall)I requested a prorated extension via e-mail (the only way to correspond with the Support Team) on 5/2/17, expressly stating I only needed an additional day, rather than the flat $extension good for days, to which I received the response, "[y]our access will expire at 11:pm PSTWe make people aware of the 90-day access period from the very beginning so they can get everything done, before expirationUnfortunately you'll need to purchase an extension if you need access beyond 11:pm PST for whatever reason."
I reluctantly purchased the extension and expressed this in e-mail, "I bought the policy extensionI will be sure NOT to recommend this company when I tell my colleagues, family and friends how I completed the course, since there's no leniency over hours of remain
