A sham, money grab horrible customer service
I purchased a car from Avion the sales rep back in July of 2022. He promised me if I brought him in a referral he would make sure that I get one month free from my car note payments. When we got there that quickly changed to $250 off my note.
I brought him someone who works at the same job as me making the same money with less overhead than I have and not only did they not get her a car but they asked me for $50 to hold a "prospective" car for the referral I brought in. This "prospective car is one that had a defective front seat that they tried to sell us. We asked to have the front seat fixed so that it is a fully functional car. They said deal give us $50 to "hold" the car while we fix the seat. Well Avion did not communicate anything to me or the person I referred to him for two weeks. When I reached out for an update he says they can't find a car for her. The car they promised her she can't get because his boss doesn't want to order a new seat for the car. in other words they think it's cheaper to sell that car to someone that does not care about a broken driver seat. He should've communicated that . We were in limbo for two weeks and he thought nothing of it. furthermore they cannot Zelle me $50 of my cash that they are holding at the dealership because as Avion says it's against policy. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. They are shady and Avion and his Boss are very unprofessional and I would not ever do business with them again.

I put ALL my money into that car. I didn't just have money sitting around to pay for a towing company. I already had payed 150 to get it towed to family's property so that the city wouldn't touch it!  Never again. I have lost hundreds of dollars by not having my car. I've been patient thus far but I can't keep coming out of pocket for rides and taxis when I have a car sitting in my name.

Ms [redacted] drove off the lot in a [redacted] that drove fine. We advised Ms [redacted] that we had only got the truck inspected and to come back one day the next week and we would tighten up a few little things on the truck for her. she said ok cool, we did paperwork and advised her to get insurance faxed over...

to us and that she had 7 days from purchase date to get a warranty. she never said anything else about it. it was not my responsiblity to call her and reminds her. Ms [redacted] did drop the truck off and unfortunetley we were so busy that we never got to it and instead of just having the truck sit until we could get to it she came back and picked the truck up. We then gave her a apt to bring the truck back. she agreed and to the date and time and then she never showed up. she then pops up on another day and said she couldnt make it. well when when we did eventually get to work on the truck we did minor stuff to it and returned it back to her. Ms [redacted] after a month drove the car to 757 area and called and said the truck broke down on her and we advised that we would put her in another vehicle. Ms. [redacted] left the vehicle in 757 and didnt try to get it back to our car lot. She then eventually came and got a loaner car. The loaner car was in good condition when she got it she drove it back to 757 and then calls back and says that car broke down on her also. she stated that she had to swerve to avoid hiting someone in front of her and then after that the car cut off. She left that vehicle in 757 also. So now thats 2 of our vehicles stuck in 757 and she didnt try and get the vehicles back. We had to have 2 vehicles towed back to 804 and then she still was unhappy after she messed up 2 vehicles that didnt belong to her. We worked with Ms [redacted] and she didnt understand how it cost us money after she dogged 2 vehicles not 1 but 2. Ms [redacted] never had any insurance on the vehicle. The dealership was not in the wrong, we went above and beyond.

Review: I AM FILING A COMPLAINT TOWARDS U R APPROVED MOTORS ON THE BEHALF OF SALING ME A BAD VEHICLE WITH NO MAINTANCE WORK PROIR TO SELLING ME THE VEHICLE. FIRST OF THE COMPANY HAD ME TO BELIEVE THEY HAD MY VEHICLE FOR BOUT A WEEK WHEN I WENT TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE THEY TOLD ME THEY WAS GOING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE WHEN THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY MONEY N WENT TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. AS PART OF MY PROCESS OF PURCHASING THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT ALONG MY MECHANIC ONCE THE VEHICLE ARRIVED MY MECHANIC PUT IT ON THE MACHINE AND AT THE POINT WE FOUND OUT THINGS THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. THE TEAM MEMEBERS RIGHT ALONG WIT THE OWNWER OF THE DEALERSHIP AGREED TO FIX THE ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE. MY ASSITANT AND I CALLED THE OWNER AND THE SHOP MULITPLE TIMES PRIOR TO NOW ADDRESSING THE MAINTANCE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE AND WE DID NOT RECIEVE NO ANWSER NO CALLBACK AN WHEN GOING TO THE SHOP NO ONE AVALIABLE. I PURCHASE MY VEHICLE ON JUNE THE 11TH MY CAR NOTE WAS DUE ON JULY 10 N MY TAGS EXPIRED JULY 11TH PRIOR TO MY CAR NOTE BEING DUE THE SHOP MADE NO EFFORT SINCE DAY1 TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT OCCURED WITH THE CAR. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TO THE SHOP 3TIMES WITH MONEY ORDER FOR MY CAR NOTE BUT I REFUSED TO PAY IT OR EVEN GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY WITH OUT THEM FIXING MY VEHICLE. I MADE THE COMPANY VERY AWARE OF THAT BY CONTINOUSLY CALLING BEFORE MY CAR NOTE WAS EVEN DUE. AT THIS POINT I AM SCARED OF REPOSSESION DUE TO THEIR POLICY BUT YET WHAT THEY AGRRED TO THEY DID NOT DO BUT WANT ME TO PAY MY FIRST CAR NOTE. ALSO WHEN MY TAGS EXPIRED I WENT TO TRY N REGISTER MY VEHICLE N DMV TOLD ME THERE WAS NO TITLE IN THE SYSTEM FOR MY VEHICLE THE DEALERSHIP HAS 30-45 DAYS TO SEND TITLE OVER BUT YET MY TAGS ARE EXPIRED N THEY HAVE NOT MADE A EFFORT TO SEND TITLE OVER TO DMV SO I MAY EVEN REGISTER THE VEHICLE WHICH IS ALMOST 2WEEKS PASS EXPIRATION. THE DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN CALLING MAKING THREATS ABOUT REPOSSESSING MY VEHICLE BUT LOOK AT ALL THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON HOW CAN U EXPECT FOR SOMEONE TO KEEP GIVING MONEY TO A BAD BUSINESSDesired Settlement: I AM ASKING FOR THE BEST RESOLUTION POSSIBLE TO KEEP FROM ME HAVING TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANYMORE MONEY AFTER SUCH BAD BUSINESS N IF I QUALIFY FOR A REFUND THAT I WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE THAT. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SUCH BAD BUSINESS WITH SO MUCH MONEY INVOLVED I PAID 3033.86 ON THE DAY I PURCHASE THE CAR THEY MADE MY CAR NOTE 350 AMONTH WHILE THE TOTAL PURCHASE THEY MADE 5734.86 BUT AT THE END OF MY FINANCING THE TOTAL COST WOULD BE 6622.29.

Review: I came in initially wanting a truck. He told me they didn't have anymore trucks as he has just sold his last truck to my "step dad." He told me that he had just got in a 2004 [redacted]. He said it needed minor work but it would be available for me to drive it away that same day. Me being in the situation I was in, I needed a car asap so I decided to get it the next day. That was a Sunday. I paid him and drove off. Before I left the owners wife told me that she would call in a week to see if I wanted to get a warranty on the car. She never called. Now the owner told me to bring it back that following Wednesday and he would work on it for m . With my schedule I couldn't bring the car in that Wednesday but I did bring it in a few days later. I bought my car in about 3 more times after that. Each time I left I still heard the same clicking and rattling. When I finally said something to her she was like "honestly he hasn't done much to your car. He changed the oil and put in more transmission fluid but that's it. Next time u come I promise I'll make sure he makes you a priority." Long story short all he did from THE OWNERS WIFE MOUTH is change the oil twice because the oil weight was probably wrong and change the transmission fluid. When asked about the noise the mechanic couldn't figure out what it was.

Still never really had a problem with them because they seemed to want the best for me. I had been telling my son's father about the place and he wanted to get a car from them.

On the day my car broke down I had drove to Norfolk to pick him up. (My son's dad ) We're leaving the tunnel and my car shuts down.The car just cut off. Ok so I call him to tell him my car isn't starting up and I'm stuck in Norfolk. He claimed that he was going to put me into something different. After I only had the car for a month I was VERY upset.

He put me into something diff after TWO weeks and that broke down on me. I haven't heard anything from him. VERY unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I am at a total loss after buying this car by missing days from work. I've been VERY patient. Even after being called a [redacted] and finding out that while I was being told that they didn't have any cars for me to drive in the meantime , they took a car from the lot that they plan on selling and drove it to new Jersey while I've been struggling to find a ride to work. Must I add that this is the SAME car they let me drive 3 weeks later that broke down on me!
