Review: I purchase a mattress set from Ur CF Center Furniture on sunday Jan. 20, 2013. [redacted] was the sales guy who was behind the counter who wrote up the sale information.A heavy set sales guy came down to where I was in the store and asked did I need some help?I said yes I wanted to purchase this mattress set and I see yall have gone up on the price since I was in here last week.He told me that the mattress didn't go up its $599 I said No it was $499.00 and I told the guy that I will be back to get it. and we went back and forth about it, he asked who did You talk to I pointed down to [redacted] we walk down there he was say something in spanish or something and I began to speak, and [redacted] said don't worry maam I will give it to you for $499 I remember you. He told the guy I will take care of her. and told me to give him a minute.He wrote up the sale paper and I paid and signed. Then he told me that I would have to pick it up tomorrow the warehouse was closed, I said I thought you told me that you have it, he said he do but it is at the warehouse & it closed at 3 pm.I got there and give them my paper work for pick up.I looked and it was not the mattress I purchased it was a euro top and I keep telling him no My mattress is a pillow top this is not it! So he said this is 401 thats whats on the paper, so he said come show me the mattress so I did and he said that mattress is $599 and its #2401. So he told the girls to call [redacted] since he wasn't there yesterday.They told me to wait [redacted] will be up here. So he got up there we talked and told them that he gave it to me $499 but he thought I was talking about something else,( but that was a lie because the heavy set guy told him which one)But he will honor it because he didn't come from behind the counter. They told me that I will have to pick it up tomorrow. I went back the next day the guy told me that they have to order it from the manufacture&it will be in friday after3 I called & they told me it will be monday now.They tryed to pass off the wrongDesired Settlement: I want them to quit giving me the run around honor the price he gave me and I paid for. Put the correct mattress# on the paper work for the delivery guys can get me the Right mattress.They told me they put it in the computer correctly. I just want Mattress# 2401 the one I paid for.

This is UR Center Furniture we already delivery the right mattress the problem was that the 2401 mattress that she said doesn't even exist but we had the 401 and a 2400 how ever they were difference on prices and we honor the same price but when we order the 2400 mattress of her the company notify us was been discontinued and they had 501 style mrs [redacted] didn't accept that so we ask the company to make one for her they took almost 3 weeks to make it but last Friday we already delivery for her . Thank you mrs [redacted] hope you were please with our services now customers sometimes is hard to understand a business we are between a customer and manufacture if they discontinued an item how we are going to make it

Review: I purchased furniture worth $3617 0n [redacted] at 1700. I paid $2000 with my debit card, WAS TO CLER THE REST ON [redacted].I cancelled the order [redacted] at 1100. The manager by name [redacted] HAS REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE MONEY unless he takes off 15% or I take the furniture or any other good in his store. This deal is unfair the furniture never left his store,it was not custom made for me or a layaway. I NEED YOUR HELP TO RECOVER MY 100% MONEY. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: ALL I NEED IS MY $2000.I FEEL CONERED PLEASE HELP

our store has a policy is on every single invoice that we handle to our customers to agree and a copy for them to take home and also we have a post on the front desk before the customer pay us the should read it but once they signed the contract we place the order on the manufacture we buy it the same day because it was only 2 days before Christmas and she wanted on [redacted] at 2:00 pm and we didn't want to take time because all manufactures were closed on Monday [redacted] and she came on Friday we take serious every customer that's why we always order the merchandise immediately to make sure we have the customers merchandise ready for delivery plus she is one of previous customer I [redacted] gave her a discount of $50 dollars on a sofa table.

our policy is there is no refund no exchange no cancellation if manager agree to cancel will be a charge of restocking fee 15%-25% on total sale invoice managers agreed but unfortunately we had the merchandise ready for her and how can we lose our money that we already pay for the merchandise for her please understand our side as well we do understand our customer but it was really a rush for us on that weekend that we can not cancel any order thanks god this it was the only customer wanted to do it but we can not cancel her order is ready to delivery
